Guest-journey coherence
Reducing unnecessary effort and helping complex properties feel like one connected experience.
I explore the moments where guest experience, employee experience, operations, leadership, and place meet—and translate what I notice through writing, storytelling, and conversation.

Behind the scenes, a destination property may bring together accommodations, dining, wellness, outdoor experiences, wine, and several operating teams. The guest does not experience those as separate departments. They experience one place.
My work begins with that understanding. I pay attention to friction, emotional load, working conditions, leadership, and the small operational details that shape how an experience feels. Then I put language around what I see.
I am especially interested in hospitality that restores people—not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and relationally.
Reducing unnecessary effort and helping complex properties feel like one connected experience.
Designing for people who need relief from decision-making, responsibility, and emotional load.
Recognizing that care, presence, working conditions, and leadership become part of what the guest receives.
Exploring how land, local identity, and natural rhythms can shape more meaningful hospitality.
A visual exploration of destination properties, restorative hospitality, and the experiences that give a place its character.
I have built my career inside hospitality—across restaurants, resorts, wineries, hotels, and new openings. My perspective is also shaped by psychology, behaviour, leadership development, and years spent watching what helps people feel safe, considered, and cared for.
I am a storyteller and translator. I notice patterns in lived experience and make them easier for leaders and organizations to see.
I write Leadership in the Wild, an ongoing exploration of hospitality, human systems, leadership, place, and the stories beneath the way we work.
